We're looking for an ambitious Events Assistant to join our Glasgow team. This is a customer-facing entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to develop promotional and coordination skills while remaining closely involved in day-to-day customer interactions across active venue setups.
You'll work directly with customers, support event delivery, learn from experienced campaign managers, and gradually take on greater responsibility. It's designed to give motivated candidates a genuine route from entry level into leadership and campaign management.
Your Day-to-Day
- Interact directly face-to-face with prospective customers at live promotional setups to help create a positive experience
- Support colleagues with customer inquiries and routine brand presentations on-site
- Help coordinate daily event activities, display arrangements, and maintain presentation standards
- Encourage team members to communicate confidently and professionally with diverse audiences
- Listen to customer feedback and assist with account registrations and onboarding
- Support new starters as they learn campaign processes and brand representation standards
- Assist experienced managers with daily briefing huddles, logistics, and target setting
- Help monitor event objectives, conversion metrics, and contribute to a positive team environment
- Take part in customer engagement and commercial acquisition activities, supporting direct sales targets where appropriate
- Take on additional campaign management responsibilities as your skills develop

No previous event experience is required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, brand promotions, sports coaching, sales, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not essential, as full training and development will be provided.What You'll Get
