We are looking for a dynamic and motivated administrator to join the Islington Social Communication Team ; a specialist service for autistic children of 5 years and under. The team provides assessment, diagnosis and pre/post diagnostic support for autistic children and their parents/carers. The team also provides support, training and consultation to staff across a range of providers.
The post-holder will play an important role in the provision of high quality secretarial and administrative support to this team. They will have excellent interpersonal, organisational, secretarial and computer skills.

The post holder will be based primarily at the Northern Health Centre.
To provide high quality administrative support to the Islington Social Communication Team
Through close liaison with the Clinical Manager and service manager to assist with the management and maintenance of the SCT waiting list.
To monitor and manage incoming referrals.
To support pathways within the autism service I.e., autism sleep pathway
To assist in the collection of data
To produce a variety of documents including clinical letters, reports, and memos to Whittington Health recognised standard
To manage phone calls to the service
To contribute to quality and improvement initiative
