What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit experienced Care Assistants to work within the community. The service specialises in providing care and support for the elderly and for adults with a range of conditions and disabilities. We are looking for Care Assistants who are dedicated and motivated, to deliver a high standard of care to individuals with a range of needs, in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Administer medication safely
- Communicate effectively to ensure transparent care
- Assist with light domestic care (tidying, laundry, food preparation)
- Support with mobility
- Provide Companionship and Emotional Support
- Keep an accurate care records and daily observations.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to a Vehicle
- Right to Work in the UK
- Evidence of Care Experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and in a Team
- Willingness to work Flexible Shifts

Pay: £13.30-£15.60 per hour
