We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part Time Experienced Office Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Oversee and update financial records using Xero accounting software to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with benefits administration
- Supervise administrative staff or interns when applicable, providing guidance and support to ensure team efficiency
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar schedules for staff members
- Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations to facilitate effective internal communication
Qualifications
- Proven clerical and administrative experience in an office setting
- Strong proficiency with Xero or similar accounting software
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Prior experience in office management or administrative support is essential.
