Batchelors Motor Group are currently looking for a Workshop Foreman/Controller to join our Service Team at York.
Ideally you will be from a franchised motor retail environment and currently working as either a Workshop Controller or at Senior or Master Technician status. You will have a proven track record of performance with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will also have the ability to lead, coach and develop your team and know how to get the best out of people so they perform to their highest level.
This is a semi-productive hands-on role; you will be required to manage the workshop, maintain workshop standards, supervise the team and carry out quality checks to ensure the quality of work is at the highest level.

· Strong communication skills for customer service and team communication
· Good organisational skills
· IT literate
· Problem solving within the role parameters
