The Role:
- Run and organise your section during prep and service
- Help drive a fast-changing small plates / mezze-style menu
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised and professional kitchen
- Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and new dishes

- Full time is 40-45 hours on average
- Typically split over 4 shifts
- 2 on / 1 off / 2 on / 2 off - with weekends broken up
- Alternative patterns welcome (e.g. 4 on / 3 off)
