We are seeking a proactive problem solver who is reliable and motivated with experience in grounds maintenance, site maintenance, or a similar practical role. You will be at the front end of delivery in the diverse, client facing role. There for we require a positive, committed and sensible individual for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and improvement works across multiple sites, ensuring they are kept safe, functional, and well-presented. This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is looking to develop their skills within a supportive and growing business. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Carrying out fencing repairs and installations
- Undertaking road and surface repairs
- Painting and general maintenance tasks
- Applying and maintaining road and car park white lining
- General landscaping and external site upkeep
- Lawn mowing, hedge cutting, and vegetation management
- Ground preparation for landscaping and construction-related activities
- Assisting with a variety of maintenance and operational tasks as required

- Complete a range of Ground and Site Maintenance duties
- Reporting Close Calls / Accidents / Incidents

- Equipment /Plant / Vehicle Fault reporting
- Safe Legal Driving of company vehicles (Over 21’s only)
- Return Briefing Sign Off Forms as issued
- Wearing Correct PPE
- Take responsibility for your own safety and that of others
- Undertake yard duties as allocated

Full UK Driving Licence

Experience working as a Landscape Operative / General Handyperson
- Towing Licence (BE).
