We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and personable individuals to join our opening front-of-house team.
The Role
This is not a standard waiter or waitress position.
As one of the first faces our guests see, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. We are looking for individuals who are naturally welcoming, attentive and committed to delivering service of the highest standard.
Previous hospitality experience is not required. We will provide comprehensive training in luxury fine dining service for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and attentive customer service throughout every service.
- Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
- Learn and confidently explain our food and beverage menus.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Maintain immaculate table presentation and dining areas.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism and hospitality.
- Contribute to creating a luxurious and memorable dining experience.
Essential Requirements
- No previous experience is necessary – full training will be provided.
- Native-level spoken and written English is essential to ensure exceptional communication with our guests.
- Outstanding personal presentation and impeccable grooming.
- Excellent personal hygiene and pride in your appearance.
