Job Title: CQC Registered Manager — Senior Moments Care (Domiciliary)
About Us
Senior Moments Care provides high-quality domiciliary care for older adults, specialising in dementia support. Due to retirement we are seeking a mature, experienced emotionally led Registered Manager to lead and support our fantastic team and ensure outstanding, heart-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold CQC Registered Manager status and lead overall service compliance and governance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the domiciliary service, ensuring safe, high-quality care
- Develop, support and supervise care staff; provide coaching and performance management
- Maintain and improve care plans, risk assessments, safeguarding and medication procedures
- Ensure CQC standards, policies and regulatory reporting are met
- Liaise with families, health professionals and commissioners
work in conjunction with NI to continue the ethos and reputation of the company
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care
- Proven track record as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care, with demonstrable experience in dementia care
- Mature, professional approach with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, MCA/DoLS and best practice in dementia support
Desirable
- Additional certifications in dementia care or palliative care, emotional intelligence
- Experience with training delivery and quality improvement initiatives

Pay: £30,306.53-£56,978.10 per year
