Devonshire security are a highly experienced security company with both our directors/managers being involved in the hospitality and security of premises for many years.
due to an expansion of our services we have exciting opportunities in a range of busy restaurants, bars and pubs for the right candidates who have experience working within the Hospitality sector.
We are keen to speak with SIA licenced Door Supervisors in and around the CARLISLE area, who want regular Friday and Saturday work, in established venues, earning regular competitive rates of pay.
Ideal candidates will be professional, take a pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients and customers.
We may consider applicants who are limited to the amount of weekends they can work if they are able to rotate shifts with existing employees or are keen to provide cover for our work.
Job Specification:
* Regular work Friday and Saturday evenings
* Commitment to these nights and public bank holidays is essential.
* It will be between 10-20 hours per week.
* The hourly rate will be £15 to £18 an hour on licensed venues.
Candidates Duties Include:
* Controlling entry and exit routes.
*Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
Monitoring customer behaviour.
Carrying out ID checks.
We expect our door supervisors to engage with clientele and be play an important part of the venues operations.
Applicants Must:
* Be able to provide a full 5yr work employment history.
* Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor badge.
* Have proven experience within the security industry of show the potential to succeed in the busy hospitality environment.
* Have good communication skills and be customer service focused.
* Be able to work as part of a team.
* Being smart and presentable on site, wearing correct uniform.
