What the Role Looks Like
You’ll be supporting clients in their own homes across Tonbridge, helping them stay independent and live comfortably.
This isn’t rushed, task-based care—you’ll have the time to get to know your clients and make a real difference.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Friendly companionship and conversation
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Helping around the home (cleaning, shopping, laundry)
- Supporting with medication administration and reordering
- Personal care when needed
- Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities
What We’re Looking For

You’ll be:
- Kind, patient, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently
- A good communicator
- Organised and trustworthy
- A driver with access to a vehicle
- Eligible to work in the UK (we’re unable to offer sponsorship)
- Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check
