Overview
Due to expansion we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships. You will utilise your communication skills and analytical abilities to provide exceptional service in a vehicle recycling sector. You will be expected to manage client information and interactions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Analyse client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date records, ensuring all client interactions are logged accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance collection services.
- Prepare reports on client engagement metrics and present findings to management.
Experience
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the motor trade, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
