- Young Person Outcomes: Oversee bespoke support plans that focus on life skills, education, employment, and emotional well-being.
- Safeguarding: Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), maintaining robust protocols to protect the vulnerable young people in your care.
- Operational Oversight: Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and community relationships with local authorities and social work teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing a regulated setting for children or young people.
- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- A deep understanding of the Ofsted registration process and Quality Standards for supported accommodation.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, a "calm-under-pressure" temperament, and the ability to balance administrative rigor with genuine empathy.
