The Opportunity: This is not a standard hourly retail job. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to run their own business without the heavy initial setup costs. You will take charge of the daily operations of the store and your earnings will be directly tied to the store’s success. We offer flexible partnership models:
- Performance-Based Commission: Earn a competitive base plus a strong percentage of sales/profits.
- Store Contracting (Operator Model): Take full operational control of the shop as an independent contractor, keeping a significant share of the net profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring high-quality preparation of our signature milk teas, crepes, and waffles, souffle, dessert.
- Manage local marketing, customer service, and community engagement to drive sales.
- Handle inventory management, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You treat the business as your own and are highly motivated by growth and profit-sharing.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or running a cafe/bubble tea shop is highly preferred.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently and solve operational challenges hands-on.
