Our senior management work on site, day to day, alongside the team — we don't believe in running a business from behind a desk.
We're looking for a confident, personable individual who can comfortable serve while completing barista work and who understands what it means to be professional and respectful, both in the business and with the people around them. The role is based on site, including weekends and evenings, reflecting the nature of the business.
Pay & benefits
