About the Role
We are looking for caring, professional, and organised Front of House team members to join our dedicated funeral service team.
As the first point of contact for families and visitors, you will provide a warm and compassionate welcome while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our branches. Working closely with colleagues, you will help ensure every funeral is delivered with dignity, care, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming families and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Answering telephone and face-to-face enquiries.
- Supporting the coordination of funeral arrangements.
- Carrying out general administrative and reception duties.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintaining a professional and respectful environment at all times.
- Working across our branches as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is compassionate, empathetic, and professional.
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Is flexible and willing to work across our branch network as required.
Hours
We have both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available. Working hours will be discussed during the recruitment process.
