About the Opportunity
My Recruit is working in partnership with a highly successful and rapidly growing retail business to recruit an Executive Assistant Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation where you'll play a key role in supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth running of executive operations.
This position would suit an organised, proactive, and ambitious individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is looking to develop their career within executive support and administration.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership, assisting with diary management, correspondence, travel arrangements, and general office administration.
This is a varied role that offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to develop valuable business support skills within a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant and executive leadership team
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Support email management, including inbox organisation and prioritisation
- Assist with travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and occasional personal appointments
- Help coordinate weekly priorities and maintain tracking documents
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the executive office
- Liaise professionally with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Support projects, company events, and ad hoc business requirements as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration, executive support, personal assistant, or office support experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
- Experience coordinating travel and accommodation for senior teams
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and external contacts
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy when handling confidential information
