We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Internal Sales Assistant to join our team at Crowborough Branch.
As an Internal Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping customers, supporting sales, and contributing to the success of the branch.
Serve trade and retail customers face-to-face and over the phone
Handle enquiries and provide product advice
Process sales using our internal systems (full training provided)
Build strong relationships with customers
Support the team in achieving sales targets
Help maintain stock levels and keep the sales area organised
Assist with stock control and general branch activities when required
Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
Friendly and confident communication skills
A positive, proactive attitude
Strong teamwork skills
Comfortable dealing with telephone enquiries
Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
Passion for delivering excellent customer service

Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Week 2
Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
