Property Manager – Harrogate
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per year (depending on experience)
LentinSmith is a well-established, independent letting agency based in Harrogate, managing an expanding portfolio of properties across Yorkshire. We are looking for a motivated Property Manager to join our team.

The Role
This position combines office-based responsibilities with property visits and appointments. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants while supporting the day-to-day management of our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords and prospective applicants.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Carry out routine property inspections and liaise with landlords regarding maintenance and repair issues.
- Prepare property listings, including taking photographs and producing floor plans.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with ARLA best practice and company procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while working towards team and business objectives.

Working Hours
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday.
- One in four Saturdays, 9:00am–12:00pm.
