Pay: £13.95/hr weekdays | Higher pay weekends & bank holidays | Double pay on Christmas Day & New Year's Day

What are we looking for?
We're after someone who's got the goods – both professionally and personally:
- Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Health & Social Care
- A genuine caring nature
- The drive to make a difference
- A heart of gold
- A sense of humour
- Available to work every other weekend
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- The right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship)
- And yes... you've got to be just a little bit crazy – like the management team (in the best way)
Your daily magic will include:
- Helping people with the important stuff: washing, dressing, meals, medication support – always with dignity and kindness
- Spotting when something's not quite right and keeping our team in the loop
- Having a good old natter, sharing a cuppa, and offering real companionship
- Working alongside health professionals to ensure every care plan is tailored to the individual
- Keeping things clean, calm, and safe – because a tidy space equals a happy place
