About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in both hands-on support and team leadership.
You will:

Support individuals in their own homes (self-contained flats) to live independently

Promote choice, dignity, and person-centred care

Help develop life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and social engagement

Support with daily routines, including personal care where required

Lead by example, guiding and mentoring other team members
-
Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and daily coordination
-
Act as a link between staff and management to ensure high-quality support
