We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team in Coventry.
You will provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support in clients’ homes
- Supporting with washing, dressing and other daily routines
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication where required
- Supporting clients with mobility and maintaining independence
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in clients’ needs
About You
We are looking for people who are:
- Caring, compassionate and respectful
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Patient and able to communicate effectively
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable, but not essential.
Pay: £12.75-£13.25 per hour
