Responsibilities
Assist in creating and assembling floral arrangements according to established designs and customer specifications
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and sanitized
Help manage inventory levels by receiving deliveries, restocking supplies, and tracking floral stock
Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays that highlight seasonal flowers and promotional items
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
Participate in plant care activities such as watering, pruning, and caring for garden-related materials when needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders and maintain high standards of quality
Requirements
Multilingual skills are highly desirable, especially proficiency in English and Spanish, to serve a diverse customer base
Experience or strong interest in gardening, horticulture, or floral design is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing displays that attract customers
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
