Job Profile
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality plumbing and heating work across our commercial, industrial and residential projects. Working as part of a supportive, experienced team, they will install, maintain and repair hot and cold water, heating, sanitary and drainage systems to a consistently high standard, including work on low-carbon and renewable heating systems such as heat pumps. Working from drawings and specifications, testing and commissioning systems, and completing accurate records and certification, they will help ensure every job is delivered safely, compliantly and to the standard our clients expect.
The role would suit a qualified plumber with a minimum of two years' experience post qualification, holding an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or approved equivalent). Candidates should have sound knowledge of hot and cold water, heating and above-ground drainage systems, and the ability to work to Water Regulations and relevant UK plumbing and building standards. A full UK driving licence is essential, as is a current DBS check or a willingness to undertake one. Above all, we are looking for someone reliable, professional and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
It would be advantageous, though not essential, for candidates to hold Gas Safe registration (ACS qualifications), experience with renewable heating systems such as heat pumps or solar thermal, an unvented hot water systems qualification (G3), Water Regulations (WRAS) certification, or SSSTS/CSCS.
In addition to a competitive salary, you'll have access to our employee benefits package, including a health cash plan (helping you claim money back on everyday costs like dental and optical treatment), life insurance, a workplace pension, the option to buy or sell annual leave, a cycle-to-work scheme, and a £1,000 bonus if you refer someone who joins us.
