Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Food Production Operative to join our team at our Warmley Bakery.
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing & packing products according to instructions, ensuring the quality meets specified requirements, and recording production data accurately.
This role requires individuals who are hardworking, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high standard of work.
Duties
- Packing products as per provided instructions
- Preparing raw materials for packing & operations
- Checking product quality
- Recording production data accurately
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous food production experience is essential
- Current work authorization in the UK
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Capability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a bakery environment.
- Understanding of work directions and Health & Safety in English
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work rotating shifts (if needed)

Shift Pattern:
- 06:00–14:00
- Weekend flexibility required
- Full-time hours on a zero hours basis (40 hrs/week)
