Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest experiences
- Ensure all health and safety standards, including food safety protocols, are strictly followed
- Clear tables promptly and assist with setting up or resetting dining areas as needed
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure complete satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and serving techniques
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, providing insight into food preparation processes
- Effective time management skills to serve multiple tables smoothly and promptly
