Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art.
- Provide specialised services including eyelash extensions and makeup application upon client request.
- Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and handling enquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Promote additional services and retail products through upselling techniques to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Utilise social media platforms to showcase work, engage with clients, and promote salon promotions or events.
- Assist with management tasks when required, supporting team coordination and daily operations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Skills in management and social media management are desirable but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Experience with eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, or barbering is advantageous.
- Previous work in hospitality or guest services environments will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell treatments and retail products confidently while maintaining excellent client relationships.
