Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Representative to join our Dynamic Dental Team at Monument Dental Studio , Peterborough.
Working Pattern.
Monday - Friday from 8.30am -5.30pm, with 2 additional Saturdays per month 8.30 until 2.30pm.
We are a private dental practice ,in Peterborough City Centre, we have free on site private parking. Salary will be based upon experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, face to face interaction with professionalism, friendliness, empathy and courtesy.
- Perform accurate data entry to record patient details, interactions, and feedback efficiently.
- Utilise strong communication skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
- Engage in upselling opportunities where appropriate, promoting additional services such as membership schemes ,Finance and other products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and ensure clear, concise communication at all times.
- Analyse customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues swiftly and effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in a highly demanding customer service role is essential, experience in a dental/ clinical customer service setting is preferred but by no means essential; training will be provided.
- Competence in computer operations, cash handling, and the use of various software platforms and applications is essential for this role.
- Willingness to learn is key.
- Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and confidently.
- Experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services
