GMS Adaptations Ltd is looking for an experienced Carpenter / Multi-Trader to join our growing team, covering Sussex and surrounding areas within a 50 mile radius of Newhaven (Bognor → Rye → up to Epsom).
NO London work. Immediate start available.
This is long-term, stable employment – not short-term contracts.
Work Includes:
- Roof structure construction and alterations/pitching roofs
- Extension and renovation projects
Duties:
- Stud walls, flooring and stair installations
- Maintaining site safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven carpentry experience
- Good communication and customer facing skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Employed Package:
- £35,000 – £46,000 per year (DOE)
- 28 days holiday (increasing to 29 days after 5 years service)
- Long-term, secure workload
Self Employed Offer:
- £180 – £240 per day (DOE)
