Job Summary
We are seeking a Pizza Chef who can drive to join our team at Siena Pizza Co, a mobile pizza company. Siena Pizza Co currently has 4 pizza vans and a dark kitchen providing weekly pizza pitches and event catering.

This role requires a UK drivers license, full training can be provided but pizza making experienced using a wood fired oven is preferred.
Duties
- Prepare and cook Pizzas according to established standards.
- Providing good customer service with our customers.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the prep kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and professional development.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive Pizza vans and vehicles as needed for our pop ups, weddings, corporate events and film shoot catering.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of pizza is a must.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management.
- Holding a valid UK driver's license - has to be UK Full Manual held for 2 years.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene practices.
