Sales Administrator
Location: Strongdor Head Office, Morecambe (fully office based)
Salary: £28,000 per annum + discretionary bonus scheme, and other great benefits.
Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm except for Wednesday which is 7:00am – 4:00pm.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales team and ensuring the smooth processing of customer quotations. We’re looking for an organised, motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accurate and timely sales quotations using information provided by the Sales team.
- Ensuring all quotation documents adhere to company standards and formatting requirements.
- Identifying and flagging inconsistencies, missing information, or clarification requirements.
- Supporting continuous improvement by suggesting process or system efficiencies.
- Assisting with general administrative and ad hoc duties as required.
