The Governing Body of Cefn Saeson are seeking a reliable, hardworking Cleaner to join our friendly site staff team at our comprehensive school.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues
- Following health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
