Yard Person / Concrete Batcher

Eurodec is a leading UK manufacturer of high-quality concrete coping stones. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Yard Person / Concrete Batcher to join our team.
The Role:
This is a hands-on position responsible for operating the batching plant and supporting yard operations to ensure the smooth running of production and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating the concrete batching plant and batching materials to specification
- Loading and unloading lorries with raw materials and finished goods
- Handling and organising materials within the yard
- Assisting with stock control and material management
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Valid forklift and telehandler licences (prerequisite)
- Good understanding of yard operations and material handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
