About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Shift Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to client shift requests, matching available healthcare professionals to vacancies, and ensuring high levels of shift fulfilment across all territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming client shift requests via phone, email, and booking systems.
- Match suitable agency healthcare professionals to client requirements based on skills, availability, compliance, and location.
- Maximise utilisation of the available agency workforce across all territories.
- Achieve and exceed shift fulfilment targets while maintaining service quality.
- Build strong relationships with clients and agency workers through regular communication.
- Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency staffing requests effectively.
- Maintain accurate booking records and update internal systems in real time.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment and compliance teams to ensure staff availability and readiness.
- Monitor staffing levels and proactively identify opportunities to improve shift coverage.
- Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
About You

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment, agency bookings, scheduling, or workforce planning.
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector and temporary staffing.
- Experience working towards KPIs or service level targets.
