We test, repair, refurbish, and resell IT equipment to extend product life and reduce electronic waste.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled IT Technician with strong hands-on repair experience across a wide range of devices. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and preparing IT equipment for resale or reuse.
You should be confident working with a variety of hardware and enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Equipment You Will Work With

- Mobile phones (iOS & Android)
- Tablets and iPads
- Servers and enterprise hardware
- Monitors and peripherals
- Networking equipment
Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software faults across multiple device types
- Repair and replace components (screens, batteries, boards, storage, etc.)
- Reinstall and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile OS)
- Test and quality-check refurbished devices
- Grade equipment for resale or recycling streams
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and stock
- Work efficiently through high volumes of mixed IT equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT repair, refurbishment, or technical support
- Strong knowledge of PC and laptop hardware
- Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues
- Experience with mobile device repair (phones/tablets) is highly desirable
- Understanding of BIOS, OS installation, and system diagnostics
- Familiarity with data wiping and secure disposal practices
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with server hardware and RAID systems
- Component-level repair skills (soldering etc.)
- Knowledge of IT asset recovery or WEEE recycling environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar qualifications
