About Pinnacle Care
Pinnacle Care is looking for caring and compassionate Night Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our friendly team at one of our specialist dementia care homes in Rugby.
Working nights is about much more than providing care. You'll help create a calm, safe and reassuring environment, ensuring residents feel comfortable, supported and respected throughout the night.

The Role
As a Night Care Assistant / Support Worker, you will:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support throughout the night
- Promote residents' dignity, comfort, safety and wellbeing
- Monitor residents and respond promptly to their individual needs
- Maintain accurate care records and handovers
- Assist with repositioning, continence care and night-time routines
- Support residents who may feel anxious, unsettled or require reassurance during the night
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred dementia care
- Help maintain a safe, calm and welcoming care home environment
Pay & Hours
- £13.90 per hour
- £150 induction bonus upon successful completion of training
- Full-time and part-time permanent positions available
- Night shifts
- Paid breaks and paid training

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Caring, patient and compassionate
- Passionate about supporting older people living with dementia
- Calm, reliable and able to work confidently during the night
- A good communicator and team player
- Professional, dependable and respectful
Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, Senior Care Assistant or in another health and social care role would be advantageous, but isn't essential. Full training will be provided.
