Overview
The Sandwich Artist is responsible for greeting guests, preparing quality sandwiches, and ensuring a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and adherence to Subway’s food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to Subway recipes and customer specifications.
- Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Operate cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized, including food preparation areas, counters, dining space, and restrooms.
- Restock food, condiments, and other supplies as needed.
- Follow opening and closing procedures, including equipment cleaning and daily checklists.
- Work as part of a team to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Uphold Subway’s brand standards and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Experience:
- Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)
