We are seeking a Care Assistants who can reliably commute across North London, including NW, N and W postcode areas.

About the Role
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will support individuals with a wide range of health conditions and disabilities, delivering high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.
You will work as part of a dedicated team, helping clients maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life while ensuring their health and wellbeing needs are met.
Experience in one or more of the following is desirable:
- Personal care and support with daily living activities
- Medication administration
- PEG feeding
- Tracheostomy care
- Cough Assist therapy
- Epilepsy support and seizure management
- Ventilation and respiratory support
- Oral and airway suctioning
- Catheter care
- Stoma care
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
- Moving and handling using specialist equipment
- Supporting clients to access their community and maintain social connections
- Recording observations and maintaining accurate care records
- Reporting concerns and changes in condition promptly
Requirements:
- Previous care experience (complex care experience essential)
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable and professional approach to care
