Day Shifts and Night Shifts
Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for Support Workers on behalf of our client based in Thaxted. You will be responsible for supporting young individuals with complex needs including Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, needs and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties within a privately owned home.

Job Role
· Meeting the needs of the Children and Young people in line with Ofsted regulations
· Organising and facilitating Social Activities (out of school)
· Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping)
Working Hours
· Day shifts: 7:30am – 3:00pm / 14:30pm – 10:00pm ( 2 long days + one short shift weekly)
and
· Night shift: 9:30pm – 8:00am
Education, Skills and Qualifications
· Full UK driving license or UK Automatic license with access to own vehicle is essential
· Care experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
· Flexible, reliable, and adaptable
