Dental Nurse – Safana Dental Clinic

Safana Dental Clinic is a friendly mixed NHS and private dental practice located in Little Chalfont, just a 5-minute walk from Chalfont & Latimer Underground station. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Dental Nurse to join our supportive team.
We are happy to consider both qualified Dental Nurses and trainee Dental Nurses (must be enrolled on or willing to enrol on a recognised training programme).
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance to dentists and hygienist
- Preparing and setting up surgeries before each session
- Ensuring patient comfort and delivering excellent patient care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and charting
- Cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining instruments and clinical areas in line with HTM 01-05
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering
- Following all infection control, health & safety, and safeguarding procedures
- Supporting patients with additional needs and assisting during emergencies
Working Hours
- 3–4 days per week
- Alternating Saturdays
- Additional cover during staff holidays when required
- 8-hour shifts
About You
- Reliable, organised, and patient-focused
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience preferred but not essential
- Dental software experience desirable
- GDC registration preferred for qualified candidates
