About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a Cover Supervisor who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Barrow in Furness area on either a full time or part time basis. The role is set to commence ASAP with the school.
A large, modern secondary environment with clear routines, a strong focus on conduct and an ambitious enrichment programme that extends learning well beyond the classroom
Key Skills and Attributes:
· Delivering pre‑prepared lesson material to KS3 and KS4 classes
· Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring learning continues
· Taking registers and following standard school procedures
· Supervising pupils during independent and group work
Pre-requisites:
· Previous classroom management experience in a UK school
· Ability to deliver pre prepared work to KS3 and KS4
· Strong behaviour management skills
· Confidence supervising whole classes independently
