Remote Customer Service Advisor
£12.71 per hour
Full time hours - 37.5 hours per week
Ongoing temporary role
We are currently recruiting for a customer service role, working remotely on behalf of an outsourcing client. This is an ongoing temporary role with potential opportunities to secure a permanent contract so it's a great chance to get your foot in the door!
Hours of Work:
- 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Sunday, 8am-8pm
- 5 out of 7 days working rotational shifts
Work from Home Requirements:
- Must have a Windows 11 or later device
- MacBook/Apple products cannot be used
- Must have a wired headset
- Quiet location with a desk to work from
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Resolving queries and complaints to a high standard
- Updating customer records accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable resolving a variety of queries
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service role - call centre, retail, hospitality
- Able to commit to full time training before moving to part time hours
- Must have your own laptop and headset to work from home
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
- Excellent communication skills
