Team Member – Children’s Play Area
Ormskirk | Saturdays Required
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team at our busy children's play area in Ormskirk.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fun and family-focused environment.
The role will mainly involve providing holiday and sickness cover, with regular Saturday availability required. There may also be opportunities for additional hours when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the play area
- Providing a friendly and welcoming experience for children and adults
- Taking food and drink orders
- Preparing and serving hot food and beverages
- Handling cash and card payments
- Helping to ensure the play area remains safe, clean and welcoming
- Working as part of a team to keep the day running smoothly
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Available to work Saturdays – this is essential
- Friendly, warm and approachable
- Confident when interacting with customers
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Happy to get involved with a variety of tasks
Experience & Training
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Full training will be provided
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred, but training can be provided if required
