Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions, presenting products or content in an engaging manner
- Interact with viewers through chat, responding to questions and comments promptly
- Utilise data entry skills to update viewer information and track engagement metrics
- Analyse viewer behaviour and feedback to optimise streaming content and strategies
- Upsell products or services during live broadcasts to maximise sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan upcoming streams and promotional campaigns
- Ensure a seamless streaming experience by troubleshooting technical issues as they arise
Qualifications
- Proven experience in live streaming, content creation, or related roles preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Analytical skills to interpret viewer data and adapt content accordingly
