We are a new independent sandwich shop built around chef led food, quality ingredients and a fast paced service. we’re here to make sandwiches that people travel for.
Following an incredible opening we are expanding our kitchen team and looking for a chef who takes pride in their work.
This is a hands on role where you will prepare and serve our menu throughout the day. Completing food preparation from slow braised meats to salad and homemade sauces. This is a very fast paced environment so we are looking for someone who can stay organised, maintain a consistent product and perform well under pressure.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a chef in a restaurant or fresh food producing kitchen
- Comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive working attitude
- Reliable and punctual individual
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
