Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of employees.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure stock availability, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain health, safety, and company compliance standards.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with senior management to improve operational efficiency.
Pay: £2,800.00-£4,500.00 per month
