Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately for food and beverages
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, following all safety and serving guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food and drinks
- Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and provide correct change
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper alcohol serving procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and change calculation
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required; training provided
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
- Effective communication skills to engage with guests and team members professionally
