We're opening an independent stationery and gift shop in Belfast, bringing together beautifully crafted journals, notebooks, writing instruments, artisan gifts and creative workshops in a calm, welcoming environment.
We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Retail Assistants who love creating exceptional customer experiences and want to help shape a brand from the very beginning.
What you'll do
Every day is different, but you'll be involved in:
- Welcoming customers and delivering exceptional service
- Helping customers discover products they'll love
- Processing sales using Shopify POS
- Maintaining beautiful product displays and merchandising standards
- Receiving and unpacking deliveries
- Keeping the shop organised, clean and inviting
- Gift wrapping and preparing online orders
- Supporting creative workshops and in-store events
- Helping create content for social media (if you're interested)
We're looking for people who...

- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a small team
- Take pride in presentation and attention to detail
- Are organised, reliable and proactive
- Appreciate beautiful design, stationery or independent retail
- Can stay calm during busy periods
Retail experience is welcomed, but it's not essential. Personality, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are far more important to us.
Hours
We're recruiting 2–3 Retail Assistants across a mixture of full-time and part-time contracts.
Applicants must be available to work a flexible rota across Monday to Sunday, including weekends and occasional evenings for events or workshops.
