Within the Customer Engagement department, the Sales Fulfilment team support both D2C and B2B customers via digital platforms and telephone. This role includes all elements of sales fulfilment, including supporting new sale enquiries, order process administration, management of 3rd party portals, provision of logistical data, and resolving issues and enquiries to complete customer satisfaction. The role includes close liaison with our end consumers, retailers, warehouse team, 3rd party service providers, and internal colleagues, offering an engaging and diverse working day.
The ideal candidate will
- Management and accountability for all sales and returns related administration and communications received via telephone, email, and digital platforms.
- Engaging with retailers, direct consumers, external service providers, and internal colleagues as required.
- Being proactive and using initiative to resolve issues and queries.
- Being commercially aware and making decisions in the best interest of the business.
- Providing relevant information to support all sales opportunities.
- Reflect a customer focused culture in all aspects of 3rd party communication.
- To understand and always promote the company values.
This position will be based at our head office in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, and reports to our Sales Fulfilment Manager. This is a full time 12 month Fix Term role Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00
