In this role, you’ll help ensure our products are fresh, tasty, and readily available while delivering outstanding customer service. Working alongside the Shift Supervisor, you’ll prepare beverages, maintain excellent store standards, and support colleagues to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll also take ownership of shifts in the Store Manager’s absence, making decisions and motivating the team to deliver great results every day.

A typical day as a Shift Supervisor:
Support smooth store operations by assisting the Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration while maintaining accurate records.
Champion quality and safety by taking an active role in food preparation, ensuring high standards of food safety, health and safety, and cleanliness are maintained throughout the store.
Craft great products with confidence by preparing coffee, food, and beverages to brand standards, delivering quality and consistency with every order.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions and take ownership.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A willingness to learn, develop, and take the next step in your career.
Enthusiasm to make an impact and help drive team success.
Flexible working options available. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and busy travel periods. Full-time average shift 8 hours.
